Each ticket grants full access to the event on 20-21 January for one participant.

What is included in a ticket?
Delegates can take part in all sessions on January 20 and 21. It also includes lunch on both days and access to the official networking reception in the evening of the first conference day with food and drinks. Delegates also get access to the event application and matchmaking tool, to connect with other attendees and to schedule 1-on-1 meetings.
What if I cannot attend?
If you cannot attend we strongly urge you to send a colleague, please send us an email. We are flexible until the last day to hand your ticket to a colleague or business relation.
If you would like to cancel your ticket, we accept cancellations up to 31 days before the event (so 20th of December 2026) at an administrative fee of 15% of the paid price. Cancellations received after 20th of December up to January 14th, will be refunded for 50%. Cancellations received less than 7 days before start of AFIFORUM (so after 14th of January) will not be re-funded. Of course it remains possible to hand these tickets to a business relation or colleague.
